What a Typical Week May Include
Depending on your program and where you are in the curriculum, a typical week may include online reading or video lessons, practical reflection, written work, discussions, skill application in the grooming environment, and live educator interaction.
WPGA is online continuing education for working groomers who want the knowledge to recognize what a dog needs, explain what they see, and protect the dog when pressure is telling them to keep moving.

WPGA students are working groomer and pet-care professionals globally. Programs are designed with professional and personal schedules in mind, but meaningful learning still requires consistent time, participation, and follow-through. No. The learning format varies by program. Some programs include scheduled live online sessions and educator interaction; others are primarily online and self-paced within a defined access period. Weekly office hours and open working forums are available for studenets and alumni. Each program page explains the format for that specific offering.
Global Campus is WPGA’s online learning environment. It is where students access course materials, assignments, program communications, learning resources, and other information needed throughout their program. And yes, you can do the work on your phone, but we encourage you to use a larger device to get the most from your online experience.
Feedback depends on the program. Diploma-level and applied programs include educator feedback, discussions, written assignments, practical learning activities, or video submissions. Check the specific program page for its requirements.
You will generally need reliable internet access, an email address you check regularly, and a computer or device that supports the requirements of your particular program.
